Outfit Remix: A Red Striped Wrap Dress

When I buy an article of clothing I like, I tend to really, really like it and I tend to want to wear it a lot. So, when I picked up a red striped wrap dress during one of Express' sales, multiple outfits were destined to follow.

Outfit #1: Stripy Casual

Extras: A jean jacket and some sneakers

Details:

Look: This look is quick, easy, and really casual. It's great for hopping around the city or spending a nice day in the park

Outfit #2: Uptown Come at Me

Extras: Statement white boots

Details:

Look: This look definitely makes a statement. The boots call for walking through uptown, downtown, midtown, and all around town.

Outfit #3: Date Night Pop Up

Extras: A white belt and some cute white heels

Details:

Look: Cute, collected, chic. This outfit is great for a night out with friends or the special person in your life! No dates planned for the near future? It's great for brunch too!

Outfit #4: Rooftop Casual

Extras: Cute white heels (and the belt that came with the dress)

Details:

Look: As I was thinking of a name for this look, NYC rooftops came to mind. This outfit is great for your next shindig on top of the city! The shoes add a great pop and compliment the stripe detail of the dress.

Outfit #5: On the Move

Extras: A jean jacket and some cute white heels

Details:

  • Jacket: A gift; Brand --> Revolt

  • Shoes: Express

Look: You want to look cute, calm, and collected AND you've got plans. Great. This is the outfit for you. This is essentially Outfit #4 with the addition of the jacket which makes it great for after-brunch-city-errands or sweet day parties that take you into the night!
